This is the payment page for the condo rental. The following fees apply:

• Rental rates, contact us for current rates
• Cleaning fee: $40.00 non refundable
• Security deposit: $200.00 **Fully Refundable**
• CC is required for payment and security deposit

The security deposit will be refunded in full after the condo has been inspected and cleaned, providing no damage to the property exists and no property is missing from the premises.

Notice: Extra cleaning fees will be charged if the house is not kept in reasonable condition. This means if there is wall to wall sand, garbage left in the house, dirty dishes etc. Then extra cleaning fees will be charged accordingly.

Please keep in mind, this is not a resort or hotel, it is a private residence and is located in another country. Rules that apply in the USA do not necessarily apply in Mexico. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Mexican law, please ask before you rent.
